ORDER STATUS
Click here anytime to check the status or log into your CharmLeos account and locate your order number under Order History.
If your order status shows “Processing”, then we have received your order and it is being processed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number, if available.
TRACKING
To locate your tracking number, click on your order number in your Account page.
Track Your Order
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
CHANGE MY ORDER
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.If you would like to process a return or exchange please email us at support@charmleos.com
CANCEL MY ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@charmleos.com immediately. Once an order reaches a certain state of processing we will not be able to cancel.
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
Please contact us at support@charmleos.com if you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) within 14 days of receipt. We will need a photo of the incorrect or damaged item(s).
