ALLl returns are refunded via store credit. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Charm account; you will have to register, or sign into your account to view and apply your store credit.

We accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Before you make your purchase, or try to return an item please see the list below of non-refundable items:

  • Returns postmarked after 14 days of the delivery date
  • Any items marked ‚ÄúSale”
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • We cannot issue a refund and/or send your items back if any items listed above are returned to us.

    MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

    While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to us due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been purchased, once shipped.

    Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receiving your items for a different size of the same style and color.

    To make an exchange:

    1. Follow the usual return process for the item you wish to send back
    2. Email us “support@charmleos.com” to let us know you would like an exchange along with the details of the new size.
    3. Place a new order for the item you want
    4. We will honor the original purchase price
    5. Standard shipping will be waived
  • Refund for original order will be issued once it is received and processed
